Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026. These Terms apply to purchases and renewals made on or after that date; earlier purchases were governed by the terms posted at the time of purchase.

1. Who We Are & Agreement to These Terms

SpxSlayers, LLC ("SpxSlayers," "we," "us") operates this website, the SpxSlayers Discord community, and related paid memberships (together, the "Services"). By purchasing a membership, joining our Discord, or using our content, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational Service — Not Investment Advice

Everything we publish — alerts, trade ideas, live sessions, charts, commentary, and educational material — is general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation that you buy or sell any security or that any strategy is suitable for you. SpxSlayers is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, does not provide individualized advice, does not know your financial situation, and owes you no fiduciary duty. Alerts describe what an analyst is doing or watching in their own trading; they are not instructions. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

3. No Performance Promises — Results Vary

We do not promise, project, or guarantee any profit, win rate, or outcome. Any results, statistics, or trade outcomes shared by us or our analysts — in any channel or format — reflect the analyst's own entries and exits at the prices and times alerted; they are not the results of any member. Your results will differ — often materially — due to timing, order fills, liquidity, position sizing, and which trades you choose to take, and may include losses up to the entire amount you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Risk Disclosure

Options trading — especially short-dated ("0DTE") options — involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Options can and frequently do expire worthless. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or use the Services.

6. Memberships, Billing & Cancellation

Monthly memberships bill automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time using the membership management link on our site; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Purchases are processed by third-party checkout and payment providers, and any additional terms presented at checkout also apply.

7. Refunds

Because memberships deliver immediate access to digital content and services, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us via the Contact page and we will review it promptly.

8. Lifetime Memberships

"Lifetime" refers to the life of the SpxSlayers service, not the lifetime of the purchaser: it grants access for as long as our Discord community and paid service continue to operate. If we permanently discontinue the Services, lifetime access ends when the Services do.

9. Plan Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features, pricing, or the structure of our plans. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where feasible, and price changes apply only to future billing periods.

10. Non-Transferable Access

Membership access is limited to the original subscriber and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person or entity. Circumventing this restriction may result in termination of access.

11. Intellectual Property & Content Sharing

Our content — including trade ideas, alerts, charts, analysis, recordings, and educational material — is proprietary. Distributing, forwarding, or republishing it to non-members or external platforms is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, without refund of prepaid fees to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Community Rules & Conduct

Membership may be suspended or terminated for violations of the rules below or for conduct that harms the community.

  1. Respectful communication — Threatening, abusive, racist, or explicit language and content (including text, images, and voice messages) are not allowed. Respect everyone's opinions and viewpoints.
  2. No unsolicited advertising — Advertising anything is not allowed unless you have prior approval from an admin or moderator.
  3. No discussion of illegal activities — Please refrain from discussing or promoting illegal actions.
  4. Avoid promoting schemes that violate securities laws — Do not discuss or promote anything that could be considered a Ponzi scheme, pump and dump, or any similar activity, even as a joke.
  5. Use the correct channels — Please use the designated channels for appropriate discussions.
  6. No spamming or posting suspicious links — Do not spam or post links that lead to spammy content.
  7. Do your own research — Always conduct your own due diligence before making any decision to buy or sell. Any action you take is entirely at your own risk, and SpxSlayers is not responsible for trading losses you may incur.
  8. Please do not ask if you should buy or sell. That is a decision you must make for yourself.
  9. No advertising of other chatrooms, personal websites, or referral links. This will result in an immediate ban.
  10. Treat all staff with respect and comply with reasonable requests. Moderators have authority to take disciplinary action for violations.

13. Third-Party Content & Links

Posts by members and analysts reflect their own views. External links may be shared within the Services; we do not control them and cannot guarantee their safety or content.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) SpxSlayers, LLC and its owners, employees, analysts, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising from or related to the Services; and (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under the law of your jurisdiction.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SpxSlayers harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which SpxSlayers, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do, and updated Terms apply from posting — for subscriptions, from your next renewal.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and any terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and SpxSlayers regarding the Services.
