Subscription Plan Terms

No Refund Policy: All subscription tiers (monthly and Lifetime) are non-refundable. This policy exists because subscribers gain immediate access to our services upon enrollment, and our pricing structure reflects exceptional value. The Lifetime option, in particular, represents a significantly reduced one-time investment. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and services, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances, including if our Discord community or business discontinues operations.

Plan Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our subscription plans, including features and pricing, without prior notice. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes when feasible.

Lifetime Membership Scope: Our "Lifetime" subscription grants access for as long as our Discord community and business operations continue. Should we choose to cease operations at any point, the lifetime membership will conclude accordingly.

Non-Transferable Access: Membership access is strictly limited to the original subscriber and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with other individuals or entities. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction may result in immediate account termination without reimbursement.

Content Sharing Restrictions: Distributing, forwarding, or publishing any proprietary content from our Discord—including trade ideas, charts, analysis, or insights—to non-members or external platforms constitutes a material breach of these terms. Such violations will result in immediate membership termination without refund.

Agreement to Terms: By completing your subscription purchase, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehend, and consent to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Community Rules

  1. Respectful communication — Threatening, abusive, racist, or explicit language and content (including text, images, and voice messages) are not allowed. Respect everyone's opinions and viewpoints.
  2. No unsolicited advertising — Advertising anything is not allowed unless you have prior approval from an admin or moderator.
  3. No discussion of illegal activities — Please refrain from discussing or promoting illegal actions.
  4. Avoid promoting schemes that violate SEC regulations — Do not discuss or promote anything that could be considered a Ponzi scheme, pump and dump, or any similar activities, even as a joke.
  5. Use the correct channels — Please use the designated channels for appropriate discussions.
  6. No spamming or posting suspicious links — Do not spam or post links that lead to spammy content.
  7. Do your own research (DD) — Always conduct your own due diligence before making any decisions to buy or sell. Any action taken is entirely at your own risk. SpxSlayers is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.
  8. Please do not ask if you should buy or sell. This is a decision you should make for yourself.
  9. No advertising of other chatrooms, personal websites, or referral links. This will result in an immediate ban.
  10. Treat all staff with respect and comply with reasonable requests. Moderators have full authority to take disciplinary action against violations.
